what is forex and currency market part 1

hai, its Saturday. everybody feels happy except for trader( or me in detail) coz the market is close 2day. i cannot see the chart. anyway today im gonna share something here.

I assure lots of people already know this but i juz want to make this clear for those who are still blur (blur trader).I have lots of friend asking me what the hell is forex. some people claim that forex is an investment. others says forex is an online HYIP programed. i can tell that they really don't have any sense of what they are talking about.

what is forex@foreign exchange?(i really have to use this words)

situation 1)
Jessica Alba is a US citizen, she is going to Malaysia to further her study.so she need to change her US bucks to Malaysia Ringgit b4 she can buy some food to eat, pay the study fee and so on.

situation 2)
Italy wants to buy booms from Iraq, thus, they need to change their money to Iraq dinar .coz Iraq people don't use EURO.

so we can see that lots of activities involving currency exchange everyday. there are lots of merchant, international investor, politics involve and the money flow never stop. it exchange from hands to hands.
